Hand wash in cold water with a drop of gentle, pH-neutral soap. Swirl — never rub or wring.

Rinse in cold water, then press the water out between two towels.

Lay flat on a dry towel, out of direct sun. Ease the mesh back into shape with your fingertips while it is damp.

Fold loosely and keep it in its pouch, away from rings, zips and brooches that might catch a loop.

Never hang the piece by one corner for long periods — the tails will stretch.

Don't pull. Ease the loop back through with a blunt needle, or send a message — small repairs to your piece are always welcome.
