When you send an order request, an inquiry or subscribe to letters, we receive the details you type into the form — your name, email address and message — so that Renata can reply.

Your bag is saved only in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent anywhere until you submit an order request.

We don't use advertising trackers or sell your details. Emails are only used to reply to you, or to send letters if you asked for them.

Ask at any time and we will delete your details or remove you from the letters list.
